Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • Guests have access to most amenities inside Eagles Nest. Amenities available to guests include:
    • Great Camp: BBQ Pavilion, Amphitheater (location of summer concerts from May to the end of November), The Great Lawn, Playground, Hiking Trails, Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal), Mini-Golf Course, 24/7 General Store
    • North Pavilion: Ball Field, Sportsmans Lodge (unlocked portion only), Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball), Dog Park, Walking Trail, Sportsman's Grille (Wed-Sun. Hours vary), Fire Pit, Woodland Trail System (ATV Trails, Hiking, Biking)
    • Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disc Golf, Archery (Restrooms and Pavilion coming soon!)
    • Vineyard: Food and wine served. Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each. HOURS: Thur & Fri 4pm-10pm. Sat & Sun 1pm-7pm.
  • All visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
  • Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. These are for member use only.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: offroadadventuresnc

Policies and Rules

  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. The person reserving must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Pets: This home allows 1 mature, well-trained dog with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
  • Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.)
  • The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are welcome to attend. However, during weddings or other private parties, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge.

Fees and Payments

  • All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the facilities and features in the development.
  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests; there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
  • Pet fee: $25 per pet per night plus tax.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking and Travel Information

  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains are recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during winter months when inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
  • Free parking is available at the property.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Well-stocked kitchen provided with utensils and cooking basics, including stove, oven, toaster, dishwasher, and high-speed internet.
  • A starter set of paper products is provided: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few dishwasher detergent tablets, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. These are enough for one or two nights.
  • Towels and linens are provided.
  • Hair dryers are provided.
  • Clothes washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing board and iron are available.
  • All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are present.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
  • Construction is currently ongoing in several of Eagles Nest's neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled within 59 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
